How we handle your data

What we collect
This site has no user accounts. The personal data we receive is what you choose to send us — by e-mail or through the contact form on this site: your name, e-mail address, company, area of interest, the content of your message and any attachments — for example a brief, a design file, a request for the data room, or an NDA.
Contact-form submissions are processed by our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) acting as our processor, and are delivered to the Stingray team by e-mail and into our internal Slack workspace. See Netlify's privacy policy.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and negotiate with you — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
- To keep records of business correspondence — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in running our business and defending claims).
Who sees it
Your data is not sold and not used for advertising. It is visible to the Stingray team handling your enquiry and to our e-mail and IT service providers acting on our instructions. If your enquiry concerns the port site transaction, correspondence may be shared with our legal advisers and, where you ask for the data room, with the selling side — we tell you before that happens.
How long
Business correspondence is kept for the duration of our exchange and afterwards for as long as Bulgarian commercial and tax law requires, or as needed to defend legal claims.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — write to sales@stingray-yachts.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP, cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.
Site assistant (chat)
The optional chat assistant on this site sends your messages to our serverless function on Netlify, which forwards them to Anthropic (Claude API) to generate an answer. Conversations are not stored by us, are kept only in your browser tab, and are not used for advertising. Do not share sensitive data in the chat; for anything confidential write to sales@stingray-yachts.com.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts. There is nothing to consent to and no banner to click.
