Your design
Our hulls

Stingray builds hulls and complete vessels for other brands. You bring the design and the specification; we bring the yard, qualified welders, an audited quality system and an independent inspector who signs off every seam. Your name goes on the boat — ours stays off it.

From your model
to a finished hull

Hull only, hull and outfitting, or a turnkey vessel — the scope is set by you, the standard is fixed by us.

01

Design intake

Your 3D model, class drawings and specification are taken in, checked for producibility and turned into a controlled build set.

02

Production engineering

CAD/CAM nesting, jig and fixture design, cutting files and a welding plan built around approved procedures.

03

CNC and pre-fabrication

Plate and profile cut to the model; panels and frames pre-assembled to the drawing — nothing shaped by eye.

04

Hull assembly

Structure welded on the jig by certified hands, with a welding log kept seam by seam.

05

Outfitting

Systems, mechanical and interior fitted to your specification — or the hull closed out for completion at your yard.

06

Inspection and handover

Independent inspection, class and CE documentation, then export from an EU port with the full file.

Where all three sit

The marina networks
have no Black Sea

Network marina operators grow by acquisition, not by construction, and not one of them holds a Black Sea region. Where there is a single concession, that region can only be entered through this site.

Burgas is Bulgaria's principal Black Sea port — inside the EU, with direct open-sea access and deep-water shipyard infrastructure.

And the caveat, because it matters. Bulgarian labour cost is rising roughly 13 % a year against about 3.6 % in Western Europe. The cost advantage has a shelf life, and we would rather model that than sell around it.

For the asset we arrange the technical survey and the legal review of the concession, and open the data room under NDA. For a build we start with your brief or your drawings and quote per vessel on an open book. Nothing material is taken on trust in either direction.

Let's build

01 · Investor

A technical survey of the site and a legal review of the concession. We arrange both and open the data room under NDA.

02 · Owner

Send the brief, or the design you already own. You get a producibility check and a quote per stage, on an open book.

03 · Brand

Send the 3D model, class drawings and specification. You get a producibility report and a scope you set yourself.

Or simply write to sales@stingray-yachts.com. Your details go only to the Stingray team — see the privacy policy.

Correspondence runs through sales@stingray-yachts.com. Hours, material invoices and subcontract orders on a build are visible to you online as they happen.
