01The boat
SWALLOW is a 17.7-metre performance catamaran built in Burgas from CNC-folded marine aluminium, with a duplex stainless hydrofoil between the hulls and no paint at all — the brushed, faceted metal is the finish.
Inside, the idea is simpler still: one level. Island galley, saloon and cockpit sit on the same plane, separated only by a full-width sliding glass wall with a flush threshold. Open it and the whole after end of the boat becomes one room, from the galley island to the transom step.
She is certified CE Category B for up to twelve people, on twin Volvo Penta D8 IPS800 drives with joystick docking.
02What defines her
Island galley, saloon and cockpit on one level with flush thresholds and a full-width sliding glass wall. Hull-side glazing is enlarged at seated and berth level, and the joinery is pale ash — modular, and light enough to stay off the weight budget. No stone anywhere on board.
Hull and superstructure are cut and folded from marine aluminium plate and welded — no fairing compound, no paint, no coating stack. The finish is brushed raw metal, the glazing flat faceted glass, and the hardtop aluminium too: one material, one weld shop, no galvanic pairing.
A single SAF 2205 duplex stainless foil spans the tunnel on a central strut, with small adjustable trim foils at the transoms. It is built in Italy and faired into the hull; its exact size and position are being set by the naval-architecture work now under way.

The base boat is lean on purpose. Options are quoted on request.
07Build & certification
SWALLOW is built at the Stingray yard in Burgas, Bulgaria. At 17.7 metres she falls under the Recreational Craft Directive and is certified CE Category B through a notified body — no class society applies below 24 metres. Hull no. 1 is in build.
Displacement, draft, speed and range are not published: the naval-architecture work that fixes them is still open. Length and beam are taken from the general-arrangement model of 28 August 2026 and remain subject to final engineering.
